Full-Service Interior Design is our signature in-person service where develop the design and our team executes the entire design. We manage your project from concept all the way through to completion. We place the orders, tracking the status, receive merchandise, coordinate vendors, oversee deliveries, and style the room to the very last accessory. This is a turn-key service so you turn the key to your home and enjoy.

All full-service projects are based on the size of the room and scope of the project. Each project is quoted on a case-by-case basis.

For the Conceptual Design and Detailed Design, we estimate 4-6 weeks each based on the scope of the project and the current pipeline schedule. The procurement and execution based are based on the availability of materials, merchandise, plus tradespeople to complete the job (which is outside of our control).

Our project minimum investment level is based on our history of furnishing rooms to completion at entry-level. Project investment is dependent upon Client’s needs, quality preferences, and design aesthetic.

Yes, our business model is based on all purchasing and execution through our company.

We prefer to use our network, as we have a prior work relationship and experience established. Ultimately, you will engage with the contractor directly so you have the freedom to do your own research.

Freight refers to large merchandise that must be transported by truck to a commercial receiving company with a loading dock. The receiving company will then uncrate, inspect, file any necessary freight claims, provide warehousing, and deliver to a residential address when ready to schedule.
Shipping refers to small merchandise that is transported by truck or aircraft such as Fedex, UPS, or USPS shipments.
Inside Home Delivery (also referred to as White-Glove Delivery) refers to an insured moving service provided by a receiving company that will deliver and place the merchandise inside your home. This includes receiving, inspecting merchandise, filing any necessary freight claims, uncrating merchandise, blanket-wrapping, assembly, installation, moving furniture, plus removing packaging and crating debris from the home.

Our turn-key delivery takes several hours to assemble and install each item. For multi-room deliveries, the delivery time could take approximately 3-5 hours depending on the quantity of furniture to be delivered, assembled, staircases/elevators involved, etc. Due to the nature of the delivery, the truck is packed by best fit and not by room. Therefore, our moving team will be in various areas of the house at once and our team will be needed to oversee the placement of each item.
Aside from placement management, our team would be crossing paths with our movers and slowing down their flow. Through experience, we have found it to be more efficient to have these as two separate dates.
VIRTUAL INTERIOR DESIGN

Virtual Interior Design is the modern way of working with a professional interior designer. All communication, moodboards, floorplans, renderings, shopping links, and other project documents are digitally delivered to your inbox. Our virtual interior design service uses a user-friendly platform in which you log-in to your project portal to access all your documents. This streamlines the process since emails can get lost or missed. All your information is safely stored in one place.

Before we start, photos and measurements of your space will have to be submitted. If you aren’t sure how to measure, don’t worry, we guide you through the process. We will also ask you to complete the Design Questionnaire so we can learn more about you. Once we have received your information, we will review the details with you during our Virtual Design Consultation via video conference or phone. We prefer to use Zoom Video conference so we can see you face-to-face. We create a Design Concept and furniture layout for you to approve before we start shopping. If you love what you see, we will shop for items that are tailored to your style, needs, and dimensions. Based on that criteria, we then propose the full room with all of our selections. Hopefully, you love everything we propose but if not, one round of reselections is included. After the merchandise has been approved, we provide a shopping guide with direct links to purchase along with notes to complete the room on your own. Once most of the merchandise has arrived, we schedule a final support call to answer questions you may have.

We offer a variety of virtual interior design packages from consulting to full-room design. Our full-room virtual design includes:
(1) Initial Design Meeting via Video Conference or by phone
(1) Detailed floor plan with furniture placement
(1) Design Concept/Mood Board to show the vision for the space
(1) 3-D Conceptual Rendering
(1) Round of Revisions/Reselections
Final Design Board with approved furnishings, area rugs, artwork, window treatments, table lamps and/or floor lamps
Paint and Finishes Board (if applicable)
Detailed Product Source List with dimensions and direct links to purchase
Design Notes to implement your custom design at your own pace

Virtual Interior Design provides you with the design, floor plans, shopping links, and design notes to execute the design on your own. If you have time and are willing to do the work on your own, this is a great service for you. This service is DIY-friendly and requires you (or someone else) to assemble furniture, move things in place, and hang artwork and your own window treatments.

For Full-room Virtual Design Projects, the design process is approximately 6-12 weeks based upon project scope, responsiveness to submit feedback, and any revisions that may occur. This excludes the time it takes for you to order merchandise, availability of goods, time to receive items, assemble furniture, and complete the room at your own pace.

Since our virtual design services are a flat-rate fee, changes to the overall design outside of the included one round of revisions will be additional and quoted based on the scope of the revisions.

No, we provide direct links for you to purchase from online retailers. Therefore, you are responsible for the coordination, receiving, and assembly of all merchandise on order.

We base our selections on the specific measurements that you have provided. Before placing orders, we recommend double-checking sizing prior to placing orders to ease your concerns.

All communication regarding the project is through our user-friendly Client project portal or via email. We will respond to you within our business hours or the next business day. Our virtual services include one final support call to answer any final questions regarding implementing the design or snafu’s that happen along the way. We understand that some things are best communicated over the phone instead of over email. We want the end result to be successful, and with your best interest in mind, additional design support calls can be scheduled and will be billed at our hourly rate.
