We start all projects with a Design Consultation to view the space in person and create a detailed Scope of Work to develop our design service proposal.

After you have approved our Design Fee Proposal, we make it official! All design work begins with a signed contract and deposit. We will schedule our Project Kick-Off Meeting to document the space in detail about 1-week from signed contract.

We develop a customized design vision based on your unique style profile and criteria. We develop preliminary floorplans, elevation drawings, and source materials for your project based on your needs and goals for the space. All of our projects are bespoke and individually tailored to the Client’s personality and lifestyle.

We collect all the details during this phase and fine-tune your design. We present 3D renderings of the proposed space to get you. We finalize all the floorplans, drawings, furnishings, finishes, and material selections that have been specially curated for you

For Full-Service Design, we procure all the approved merchandise on your behalf and store all products at our warehouse until it’s time to deliver the turnkey experience. Our team tracks all open orders and reports weekly to our Clients with the current project status. Our Internal Warehouse Team receives all the inventory, inspects, assembles (if required), places furnishings according to our final design layouts, and removes all crating debris from the residence.

During this phase, we strategically coordinate our network of Trade professionals to execute the design flawlessly. Our team oversees and reviews progress to ensure the design is being executed according to the final approved design. After months of diligent planning, this is where you get to see the project coming to life!

For Virtual Design services, this phase is the responsibility of the Client to execute the design details we have provided.

We conduct turn-key designs and deliver all furnishings at once, as best as possible.

We prepare to conclude your project by conducting a final walk-through. Any deficiencies that must be resolved will be noted in the form of a punch list and executed by the right Trade professional.

Once complete, we schedule final photography and style your space so it’s magazine-worthy! Accessories are optional but often, our Clients love the final result!
